About Us

Our vision for the next two to three years is to surpass what is presently being offered in the plant-based industry. I've visited a few restaurants and some of the meals they offer are great but some are flavorless, the taste and presentation of the meal was under whelming, I believe there is room for much improvement, the food can and should look and taste good.

I long for a meal or sweet treat that is pleasing to the pallet, and not having to wonder what is in the ingredients. How about eating a meal or menu item knowing that you can enjoy it guilt-free. LG’s Tasty Kreations stand by their motto that in every bite there is just a “yum.” We strive to provide you with the best vegan and vegetarian gourmet meals and delectable desserts.

The reason I started making desserts, it was very difficult to find great tasting vegan desserts. I would purchase vegan cupcakes from a fairly popular store and though they had the taste and flavor, I didn't like that the icing was so hard, after going in the fridge. The cake was firm as well and as a result, in order to enjoy it, you either eat it fresh (sometimes it taste doughy) or take it from the fridge and put it to thaw or get it to room temperature. The cupcakes I make have been a hit with my business partner's children. They are light and moist, they melt in your mouth, there's no need to thaw, just remove from the fridge and enjoy.

Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. Here’s another recipe to try –

Curry Chickpeas


1 (29oz) Chickpeas tin or dry
1-2 Tbls Curry powder 
1 or 2 lrg Irish potato
1 small Onion chopped
Bell peppers (orange, yellow & red) chopped
Thyme
1 ( 6oz) Coconut milk tin
Badia Sazón Tropical Seasoning (no MSG)

Pour a table spoon of coconut oil in pan, heat oil, then burn curry powder, add chopped onion & bell pepper then stir fry, add coconut milk in pan and thyme, cook for a minute then add cooked chickpeas, then season with mixed powdered seasoning, blend together, cover pot, let steam while you dice your potatoes. Add diced potatoes blend together and allow potatoes to cook, serve with brown rice or mashed potatoes. (always season to your taste)
